1. For New Applicants (only):
Having trouble logging in? Can’t access a previous or old Financing Application?

  • First, you will need to contact our Underwriting Team at (619)403-9753, between the hours of 9am-5pm PST.
  • Do not submit another Application to Modern Health Finance until instructed.
  • Most commonly, Applications will typically expire after 120 days of no activity. Please let us review your application status before attempting to submit another application.
2. For Existing Customers (only):

3. Need to speak with Customer Service regarding your Account?

  • Please call our Customer Service team at (888)585-8319 between the hours of 6am-7pm PST to speak with a call center representative regarding your existing account. Or click here to access your account online 24/7.

4. Seeking to take advantage of a 6-month no interest promotional offer?
